Data Center & Security Infrastructure: AirDroid uses Amazon Web Services to host their cloud infrastructure, products, and services. All servers storing sensitive data are located in Silicon Valley and Germany. All AirDroid servers are placed in secure data centers compliant with ISO 27001.

Session Encryption & Authentication: When establishing a session, AirDroid will determine the best connection type. After the server completes the handshake, most connections will utilize the TLS tunnel (https or wss), while the rest connects via TCP or UDP. AirDroid’s communication utilizes RSA public/private keys as well as AES (256-bit) session encryption that is similar to https/SSL, and is compliant with all current security standards.

Web Applications Firewall: AirDroid uses a variety of tools to monitor potential attacks, including web applications and network-level firewalls. Security & Remote Features: The Security & Remote Features is designed for protecting your personal privacy when using the features in remote connection mode. When the remote permission of the feature is OFF, it means that the feature is not available in remote connection mode. If you find that a feature works fine on a LAN Connection Mode, but it does not work in remote connection mode, it may be that the remote permission of the feature has been turned off. The features will not be affected if you use them in LAN connection mode, even when you turn off the remote permissions. But if it is the first time you use the features, you should confirm the authorization from the pop-up window that displays on your phone. If you failed to confirm the authorization from the pop-up window, you need to go to Settings on your devices and grant permission to AirDroid.

Yes, you can use AirDroid on iOS devices. However, due to the limitations of Apple, the AirDroid Personal iOS version doesn't have as many features as the AirDroid Personal Android version. The main features of AirDroid Personal iOS include file transfer between your iPhone/iPad, Android devices, and computers, Nearby feature to search devices nearby and connect with them while under the same network, and Friends feature to invite your friend to use AirDroid Personal and add them as friends. You can also use the Photos feature on AirDroid Personal Web to access your photos on your iOS devices without any cable. Note that your iOS devices and the computer are required to connect under the same wifi.

AirDroid offers a range of products with different pricing plans. The AirDroid Personal price starts at $3.99 a month. It provides solutions for Android remote control, cross-platform file transfer, and more. For users who need to bind more than 3 Android devices, there is an additional fee of $1 USD per device/per month.

On the other hand, AirDroid Business is an all-in-one Android Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that focuses heavily on business-scaled Android device management. The devices quota for AirDroid Business is based on the plan with no upper limit.

Please note that the availability of some features in AirDroid Business is different based on the plan you subscribed to. If you are using a Personal version account, you cannot change your account to a Business account through upgrading. These are two different products and they are not interconnected.

AirDroid Cast is a tool that allows you to cast your Android device's screen to your Windows/Mac computer. Here's a brief overview of how it works:
